Brian Knoedl - President
Brian has 30+ years of experience in ministry working in a mixed capacity of both staff and volunteer positions. Brian was employed five years with Agape Church in Little Rock, AR where he worked in the television department for their nationally recognized programming.
He also served as a staff pastor at Broken Arrow Assembly of God in Broken Arrow, OK. 16 years were spent at Cross Church in Springdale, AR where he led small groups and worked on the technical directing and camera teams. Most recently, Brian was a lay minister at Family Church Bryant located in Bryant, AR where he was instrumental in developing discipleship curriculum for small group leaders.
Brian has had tremendous success in many marketplace leadership roles from sales to consulting to management, while recognizing every encounter and relationship to be an opportunity to minister and show the love of God to co-workers and clients alike.
In 2018, Brian and James Levisee founded Called to Love, this 501c3 nonprofit ministry in which Brian serves as President.
Brian is the loving father to three beautiful, grown daughters and a grown son.
James Levisee - Chief Executive Officer
James has 15+ years of experience in ministry work. He served for 13 years as a lay minister and two years as an associate pastor. As a lay minister, James led small groups, counseled individuals, and was active in men’s ministry.
In 2014 James served in Destined to Win Ministries. He was later licensed as an associate pastor with the primary responsibility of overseeing the technology department of his church with other pastoral responsibilities including hospital visits, counseling, pastoral care, discipleship class development, group leader development, event organization, men’s ministry, and ministry of helps.
In 2017, James started Lingo Technologies, LLC, a technology company with a focus on web development, network installation, and repair.
James and Brian Knoedl founded Called to Love in 2018, and James serves as Chief Executive Officer.
James and his wife, Feleshia, have three daughters and three sons.
DeeDee Sebren - Treasurer
36 years of accounting and finance experience working in various roles from bookkeeping to Executive Director of a 501C3 non-profit business. She has volunteered on several fundraising committees and raised money for various causes.
DeeDee has served in many areas of ministry ranging from teaching Sunday school to serving alongside her husband as a Children’s Pastor for 11 years. During this time, they also volunteered in the Youth Group as sponsors traveling to several states with the youth competing in Fine Arts competitions.
She has always felt called to minister and serve children and youth. This can be credited to her grandmother who raised her and taught her about Jesus at an early age. Serving others and spreading laughter and love is what brings joy to her life and that of her husband, Jack. Knowing God’s love and sharing it with others is our ambition. DeeDee and her husband have been married for 21 years and are the proud parents of two daughters and one son. They have two granddaughters and one grandson.
Windsor Williams - Assistant
Born and raised in Washington, DC; Windsor enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1971. He retired with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant in 1997. After the Air Force, Windsor began a 15-year career in the hotel industry. During this season, Windsor worked in four hotels and held both supervisory and management positions.
Windsor has 13 years of church and para‑church leadership experience. He was the Chief of Staff at Bethel Church in Little Rock. He assisted with the church plant of NuLife Church and became the church’s Executive Pastor.
Currently, in addition to serving on the board of “Called to Love,” Windsor is on the staff of “City Church Network,” where he serves as the Race Under Grace Team Leader.
Windsor and his wife Cheree attend Fellowship Bible Church, where both participate in the hospitality and worship ministries.
Libby Stell - Secretary
Christ follower, wife of Bryan, mom to 3 adult sons, career nurse, and amateur writer. Over the years, I have loved leading groups for single moms and being part of women's ministry that encouraged and built connections with others.
Bryan and I formed a blended family in 2011 and he joined me in the journey. Since 2011 we have loved pastoring and serving together. We have led DivorceCare groups and most recently Blended Family ministry. Nothing we experience in life has to be wasted! God brings beauty from ashes! I truly love the message of Called to Love and am honored to serve this group of believers. Go God!
Bryan Stell
Christ follower, lover of God and lover of people, amateur writer. Husband of the amazing Libby and stepfather to three fine, adult sons. As a pastor and teacher my whole adult life, I have enjoyed being involved in many amazing ministries and church work.
Libby and I serve in step/blended family ministry and singles ministry leadership for the state. I enjoy teaching English as a second language to adults in college and adult education. The heart of Called to Love – that we are called to demonstrate the love of God to everyone and in everything - resonates with my heart. I have been the recipient of this love.
Art Rockwell
Born and raised in the Portland Oregon area. Married to Bernadette Rockwell since 1991. We want to bring as many people to God as possible one relationship at a time. We have 3 adult kids and 1 grandchild.
Bernadette and I have taught the 2 and 3 year olds at church for 10 years. We have hosted a small groups in our home for 8 years mostly high school age. Worked with emotionally disturbed kids for 8 years.
I have travelled to 25 of God’s countries of the world. Love airplanes, going offroading in the Land Cruiser and side by sides, hiking, and hunting.
